		<description>I think weight loss is a very personal thing and each individual has to find the technique that best suits them, that is why so many people fail, they just jump into each new diet fad that comes along without bothering to check it out properly and find out if it is something that will be beneficial to them. Then they turn around and blame the diet when they are not successful. In order to loose weight you also have to understand that it is your weight loss so you are responsable.</description>

Since last fall, thanks to biking and yoga, I've actually gained ten pounds while going from an extra-large to large t-shirt and finding that my pants are falling off of me if I don't use a belt. In other words, I've lost a lot of flab while putting on even more muscle. So, even though I was trying to "lose weight," I've done even better in terms of getting in shape by gaining weight.</description>
